ARCITY
ARCITY — boutique development studio: technical direction from stack choices through shipped systems, applied AI integrated into real processes, measurable growth tooling, and production infrastructure.
At ARCITY, I lead the technical direction of a boutique development studio, working across architecture, product systems, and delivery.
My role spans the full lifecycle: defining stack and architecture decisions, setting development standards, and building production-ready systems that actually ship and scale.
A big part of the work is focused on AI-driven solutions — designing and deploying LLM-based systems, prompt pipelines, and automation workflows for content and data processing. These are not prototypes, but tools integrated into real business processes.
I also work directly with business metrics and growth systems: setting up analytics, A/B testing, and optimization pipelines, alongside technical SEO (structured data, indexing, Core Web Vitals). The goal is not just to build systems, but to make them measurable and improve performance over time.
On the infrastructure side, I provision and configure production environments for projects across different domains — including ERP, e-commerce, and banking — ensuring reliability and scalability from the start.
Overall, this role combines system architecture, applied AI, and product thinking — focusing on building systems that are both technically solid and business-aware.
